Software

Twin Rose Software CampaignSuite software. This is a well priced software and very useful for the Dungeon Master who wants to run his campaign from the computer. There is also a Dungeons & Dragons character quiz on this site that tells you (through asking a few questions) what type of character you would be.
Note: I have bought the software myself and have been pretty happy with it. It could use a few more features and better graphics, but all in all it is a great buy for the price - and they are always puting out free updates for those who have purchased the software.

Profantasy Software Creator of the Campaign Cartographer 2, Dungeon Designer 2, City Designer 2, Character Artist, etc.. This site develops many types of map making software.

Hero Machine This item should probably not be counted as a store because it is FREE (at least until version 2.0 comes out). It allows you to create an image of your character on your computer. It is easy to use and comes out with a wide variety of characters.

Terragloria RPG Software This software is located here on the Terragloria site. It is all FREE. The software consists of a Creature Collection software to catalogue your monsters, a module software to use during RPG sessions, a feats program to catalogue existing feats, and a dice roller program. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Adrift This software allows you to write interactive books. It is much like writting a Dungeons & Dragons module for a computer. You can create interactive objects, characters, rooms, and bring in pictures and sound files. It is very simple to understand and fun to play with. And best of all it's doesn't cost anything. I highly recommend it.
