There was once an epic battle between three mighty gods and an evil abyssal dragon known as Ambersinestra. After thirteen long years of fighting with Ambersinestra, the trio of gods, Dama, Tyrm, and Hammer finally emerged victorious. They divided Ambersinestra up into nine different pieces; the eyes, the flesh, the bones, the spirit, the wings, the blood, the heart, the brain, and the lungs. These pieces they scattered inside an empty plane and then covered them with earth and water, thereby creating a new world just waiting to be populated. They named this new world the Land of Victory which, in the celestial language is pronounced Terra-Gloria.
As the three gods populated the new land, they decided to place certain groups of the populace in charge of guarding certain pieces of Ambersinestra in case there is ever a need for security.
Dama first placed humans in the lands that became known as Isria, Nation, Airygon, and Orofin. In Isria there was a warrior named Gargara to whom the duty of protector of the flesh was given. Dama also placed a dark-skinned race of elves (the Sarabon) on the glacier realm known as Cro-Aba and gave a group of their devoted clerics the task of guarding the frozen brain.
Finally, as an afterthought, Dama took the spirits of his twin daughters (who were always at each others throats) and placed them into the ever-vigilant orbiting moons, Lune' and Breena.
Tyrm then placed a very militaristic group of humans in the region called Thendyna; a group of minotaurs on the Isle of Minitarn; another group of humans in Paladia, and a race of winged angel-like humanoids on the Isle of Absalom. The minotaurs were given the bones of Ambersinestra to safeguard and the angel-men were charged with guarding over the wings of the dragon.
Hammer then populated the Sharns, Mod-Basin, the Dragon's Backbone, the Siril Peaks, and the Cro-Aba Ice with his dwarves.
The remaining pieces of Ambersinestra were placed into hiding places across the world. The spirit was placed inside a bubble and trapped below the waters of Lake Lillypad. The eyes of the dragon were placed in an underground cavern on a desolate island in the middle of the Sea of Ashes. The blood was mixed with the waters of Lake Hemlock, thereby poisoning it. The heart was locked inside the rock of a three-tiered plateau far in the north. The lungs were plunged into the sea. When this happened, Ambersinestra belched her last fiery breath into the sky, catching several stars on fire. These stars burned into ashes and fell into the sea, creating a strange substance later called dark-water. The sea was then named the Sea of Ashes.
Other gods and goddesses began to take an interest in the new world, as did some of the lesser dieties. The ruling trio decided that, as long as the other gods' and goddesses' contributions added something to the world to make it more interesting, they could help to populate it. Several of the celestial beings began to do just that.
Terra-Gloria progressed from this point just like any other world would. It had its fair share of wars, heroes, villains, kings, and kingdoms. These will all be discussed in future chapters of the Terra-Gloria History.

The Eldabon elves, after settling into their tree village they call Eld, began making armor from the discarded chitin exoskeletons of the larval stage of the Entawynn. They also found that they could fashion the wings of the dead adults into a gliding-suit they could use to swoop to the ground and back up into the limbs of the great tree again. .
They originally planned to trade with the neighboring humans of the Borderlands, the fey of Gilgalaria, and the elves of Dalyant; but that soon changed. After realizing that they could make air raids on the nomadic tribes of the Borderlands and steal everything that they needed, a few of the lesser-moraled Eldabon did just that. .
They put on the green, glowing, chitinous armor, strapped on the colorful gliding-suits, coated their hands with sticky sap adhesive, and dove out of the tree toward their tent target. The first wave would drop nets on the unsuspecting nomads as well as cast a few sleeping spells. The second wave would grab the tents themselves, and the third wave grabbed everything they could that might be usable or tradable. .
The tribes of the Borderlands mistakenly decided that it was the Entawynn themselves that were attacking them and began to plan retaliatory strikes toward them. The Eldabon elves, not understanding why the nomads would attack such a peaceful creature, took it upon themselves to protect the Entawynn. They magically barred the huge oaken door that they had carved into the base of the great tree with ancient elven runes. They also decided that, if the Borderlanders were going to try to kill off the Entawynn, they deserved to be raided. The entire race of Eldabon then began doing exactly what the original group of bandits did, feeling very justified in their actions. .
These skirmishes between the tribes of the Borderlands and the Eldabon elves disguised as Entawynn continue to this day.

CREATION:
As time went on, Ambersinestra managed to effect the world in other ways unforseen by the gods. The desolate island in the middle of the sea which held the eyes of the dragon became filled with horrible creature called eye-lords. These creatures were spawned by the eyes of the dragon themselves. The blood in Lake Hemlock began seeping into the ground and perverting everything in the area. It seemed to be making its way toward the dragon's heart, so the trio dug a chasm between the plateau and the Dragon's Backbone mountain range in order to prevent any future spreading. The evil of the dragon's heart corrupted a mage named Yaxan who resided on the plateau. As a result, he began practicing a new form of magic he called dragon magic that drew its power directly from Ambersinestra. His influence spread until the entire population of the plateau was using the perverse magic. The more magic a person used, the more evil and perverted they became.
